The waiter we had was not very well informed but was willing to talk to the chef for me. I was informed they do have gluten free pasta (I didn’t ask how it was prepared as it was a busy night and I didn’t want pasta) and the chef was also willing to make the chicken dishes gluten free but I was warned the sauces wouldn’t be as thick. I ended up getting the chicken Florentine with a side of broccoli. It was delicious!
