Review of Trattoria Pizzeria Impero Verona

We were told that pasta and pizza can be made GF but then when we ordered we realised only a couple of the pasta dishes were available GF as gluten was in many of the sauces. Had a carbonara in the end and it was a very generous portion for 9€ shared between two, 2€ extra for GF. They said it would take a while to make because they wanted to change the water to cook the pasta for us so was around 30 mins. We’ve had tastier GF pasta dishes but it wasn’t at all bad and we sat outside amongst the atmosphere of the Christmas market, friendly and attentive staff
