Review of Trattoria Pizzeria Persico

Very nice staff. Nice atmosphere. Multi-lingual (between them they speak English, French, Italian, German). Gluten free pasta dishes. Very helpful staff who were conscientious about multiple sensitivities (dairy and gluten). 5* to the staff, 4* for the food but in a town where Gluten-free options are limited we were happy to have a centrally-located place to eat with understanding staff.
