They offer "gluten free" pasta or pizza crust for an additional $5 fee, but they cook their gf pasta in the same water as their regular pasta, and they cook their gf pizza crust on the same surface in the same oven as their regular pizza, which means neither the pasta nor the pizza is actually gluten free due to the cross contamination. I told our waiter that I had celiac disease and politely asked him what my safest bet would be. He said they could probably cook my gf pizza on a clean pan instead of putting it in the oven without a pan, like they normally do, but he said he would ask the manager to make sure, which I appreciated. But then the manager came over and acted like I was asking the world of her to avoid cross contamination. She said she would never cook gf pasta in its own water because it would take "forever" for the water to heat up, and she snapped at our waiter for suggesting cooking the pizza on a pan. I have never experienced management like this before at a restaurant. Bottom line: they do not actually have gluten free food here.
