I had dinner with some friends in this restaurant, which serves tipical and local dishes. The menu was fixed and was NOT gluten-free, but the owner of the restaurant was very open and offered me some ways of circumventing the issue. We substituted the bread in the starters with some GF crackers (sealed) and the pasta was made specifically GF for me (served separately). The meat was served without sauce and the dessert changed with a sorbetto. Everything was tasty and I am glad I could enjoy all the food!
