(I ordered pick-up over the phone.) The person who took my order asked if it was okay of the pasta was boiled in the same water as regular pasta.
I was ordering for one - I knew I wanted a pasta dish and a veggie side. Both of my choices could be made without wheat.
My pasta dish was way too salty; my spinach side was gritty - it wasn’t washed enough. Had I been dining in (opted out due to COVID risks), I would’ve sent both back to the kitchen.

Stefano's is one of the best restaurants in Sheboygan - food is absolutely top notch. This is the place to dine in Sheboygan if you are a foodie. The GF dining experience is marginally limited; a GF past is available for substitutions; and tasty. Be prepared to not order 'just anything' that sounds extra tasty that your host tells you about - but every time I've eaten here I've come away very satisfied. The staff seem knowledgeable and well versed in the food and prep methods.
