Fortunately, our charming and clever waitress (Breanna) is familiar with gluten-free (and dairy-free) patrons. She suggested the fettucine bolognese with their gluten-free pasta, which my husband liked. Note: there isn't a lot of sauce in this dish. I tried the veal dinner but can't recommend it because it was very tough. Perhaps its dairy-free version isn't cooked (slowly) in the oven as the conventional version is said to be. I asked for a little GF pasta in place of the milky side dish choices. (Glad I did because the carrots I was served had butter on them and the spinach must have been covered in cayenne pepper.)
