They make fresh pasta dough on demand and will also make gluten free pasta upon request. Several menu items can be ordered gluten free too. The appetiser was made slightly different to my family’s and the carpaccio was also served to me without bread. They also serve regionally made ice-cream without gluten. As desert I ordered the affogato. De restaurant owner did tell me there could be flour in the air as they make their pasta fresh however I haven’t experienced any cross-contamination yet.
