All GF restaurant. I had a tortellini filled with ricotta and spinach that was good. I ordered a vegetarian dish and jt came stuffed with ham and bacon on top. They only had one waiter who seemed overwhelmed. I recommend making a reservation if you go because it got very busy.

Nice trattoria with dedicated gluten free menu. The food was delicious, portions large and prices very fair. I couldn’t really tell any difference from wheat pastas. They also have huge selection of local dishes. Service was punctual and staff were friendly.

This fully gluten-free restaurant is definitely worth trying if you want to taste the traditional local cuisine even with your dietary limitations and not feel like you're missing out on something. We ordered pizza and it was really delicious, even others who can eat gluten agreed it tasted great. There is also an option to ask for a lactose-free mozzarella in case you need it. They offer a lot of tasty wines and also GF beer to pair the food with. Great value for your money. The service was also perfect. I can definitely recommend this place.

Awesome dedicated gluten free food. I got the tagliatelle bolognese. Make sure you Italian is good before you go. Most of the people there only speak Italian.

Great dedicated gluten free space with a large menu in a quiet neighborhood a few minute drive from the center of Bologna. We enjoyed everything. The decor is a little shabby but the service, food and presentation are excellent. Certified by the Italian Celiac Association.
