Staff is very mindful of dietary needs, and their new menu is much easier to read. They use penne pasta as their dedicated gluten-free pasta, which prevents any mixups, and it can be substituted in any of their dishes for only $1 more! They also have a delicious cauliflower crust available for their flatbreads. They don’t have a dedicated gluten-free setup, however if you tell them you have celiac, then they can explain the options. Ask for Fay, she’s especially helpful!! They also are very friendly to dairy-free diets.
