Very disappointing experience. I spoke directly to the chef a few weeks prior and he said the pasta was 100% celiac safe. Called a few hours before our reservation just to confirm they had gluten free options and was told yes. When we arrived we asked about gluten free menu options and were told the pasta was “gluten friendly” because it was processed in the same press as non-gf pasta. Waiter and staff are not knowledgeable of gluten free items and celiac needs.
