Treehouse has canned cocktails that are gluten free - the vodka is made from wheat but distilled enough to be gf, but they also have one rum cocktail. Canned so no cross contact.

Food trucks had gf sausages when I was there but I didn’t get food/ask about how safe it was. Not many other food options but you can bring in your own food.
