They had a gluten free bun available for my hot dog when I asked, separately packaged, and I was able to watch them prepare it carefully (changing gloves before handling and using foil in the toaster). Not sure they have gf buns available all the time because they had to check when I asked, but worth a try! The hot dog was delicious.
