Review of Trellis Restaurant

We ate here for Thanksgiving dinner. I figured it was a safe enough meal that I should be able to scrounge a suitable amount of food I could eat. I was happily surprised to see they had marked which items on the buffet were gluten free. There were a couple of things they had missed marking, mashed potatoes, but the line attendant was happy to check and confirm these were gluten free. I also mentioned that none of the desserts were marked but that I suspected there were two gluten free items available. When I came back a bit later, he had checked with the chef and not only let me know, but they had also added a sign.Food was excellent for a buffet. Anything that you would expect to be gluten free was including three different salads. I would do it again. They don’t have anything marked gluten free on their online menu, but after this experience, I would not hesitate to visit and ask for assistance.
