Trendy's GF pizza is the best GF pizza we've had since our whole celiac disease gig started! FWIW, I always loved Trendy's normal pizza too, and the GF one is very similar. (But tiny and more expensive, naturally.)The owner assured me everything GF is made separately, *he* told *me* what they do to avoid cross-contamination, without needing to be asked stuff like separate sauce, spoon, cheese, pan, knife...Yum yum yum and yay.
