The management and waitstaff here were very helpful in dealing with not only our gluten sensitivity but also egg allergies. The chips are fried in a dedicated fryer (so uncommon at this type of restaurant, and even was not the case at a different location of this same franchise!) and they made sure that our son’s taco shell was fried in the dedicated fryer to keep it free from cross-contamination. A lot of the menu can be made gluten free by ordering corn tortillas. We’ll definitely be coming back!
