Trifecta BBQ Bar & Grill

Some friends suggested this place, and even though I couldn’t find anything about gluten anywhere on the internet, I decided to give it a shot. Somebody has to be first, right? And I usually have great luck with BBQ.

This place was… chaotic. I almost didn’t eat, but when the waitress came over, she was super friendly, knew exactly what I was talking about, pointed out the GF items, and made me feel more confident.

Should have gone with my gut, though - I was the sickest I have ever been in my life. My partner almost made me to the ER, and I am still recovering, days later. Stay away!
