I believe this place no longer exists. I used the app yesterday and tried to find this place but nothing. It was or would have been in a strip mall. All the places are located on a large sign .. no mention of this restaurant.

1st time there...staff is great!! Owner, has Celiac, staff very aware of cross contamination; food is EXCEPTIONAL!! Not your typical GF place...food is well cooked, full of flavor and good portions. Most of menu is GF. Salmon was tender, moist and flavorful. Highly recommend for Celiac and non-Celiacs, alike!! Can't wait to go again.

The food is absolutely awesome and restaurant owner has celiac so I know how safe it is. Live band and cool atmosphere just adds an amazing touch.

Trilogy offers up a small but high quality Italian/American menu with 90% of the menu being gluten free. They even have gluten free Zeppoles. They use gluten free flour and breadcrumbs on anything that requires regular breadcrumbs or flour
