The chips are fried in a non-gluten free fryer.

When I asked the waiter about foods, he said that the only thing that he would trust would be the fajitas. Everything else would be cross contaminated.

I had the beef fajitas with corn tortillas. They were fabulous and I had zero reaction. The margaritas were great too. The chips are not fried separately, so I passed on those.

I asked the waitress what she would recommend that is gluten free and she pointed out everything I would be able to order. She let me know that the tortillas used in the corn tortilla enchiladas were dipped in the same fryer as gluten containing products so I was aware of the cross contamination. I ordered the chicken tacos they had on special and they were delicious and filling!

Trini’s is great if you talk to the host about their GF options. They recommended I order the fajitas and let them know about the gluten cross-contamination so that you can cook everything separately and replace the tortillas with corn tortillas.
