Celiac daughters did not negatively react after eating here. They had kids burgers with GF buns, mashed potatoes and huckleberry lemonade. No issues but the server was not necessarily the most knowledgeable (e.g., "Anything with GF symbol is gluten free" though one was nachos with deep fried tortillas in a shared fryer but she didn't actually tell us, we just knew that already). So, stick to the simple things and it seems you'll be safe here.

Have eaten here many times. Staff is knowledgeable and all GF menu items are marked - though they do mark items as GF that use a shared frier so check that. Most servers will warn you of that when you order if you tell them you are celiac or have an allergy. Rumor is a chef there is celiac so they have great protocols!

We've been twice and it's our new favorite place in Sandpoint!!! We have ones that need to avoid gluten, dairy, others that avoid meat, ones that love meat/dairy/gluten. So needless to say eating out can be difficult. But trinity fits the hill for all of us. Super fresh food. The quinoa bowl is to-die-for!!!! And when it's gorgeous weather you must sit outside! When it's not sit by the windows and enjoy the view.
