The owner found out to be coeliac and decided to open a pizzeria glutenfree friendly (one of the first in Palermo). He is really concerned on safety and contaminations. They make definitely one of the best gf pizza in the city, but the place is a little far from the center. If you are a lot of people eating gluten free, is better to call in advance. Also typical Sicilian fried stuff are available (arancine, crocché...). If you have a car, maybe the best place to go!
