Trio Ramen

I've been looking for a ramen restaurant on the west side for some time and recently discovered Trio Ramen. While their gluten free options are limited to about 5 things on the menu, it's a safe option for those sensitive celiacs. I got the Beef Teriyaki bowl and didn't get sick.
