I didn't eat there, but I asked what they could do for a gluten/wheat allergy and celiac. They said to not eat there because they don't know the ingredients for anything.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

The chef said everything was gluten free except the flour tortillas and the chorizo. Food was DELICIOUS. Queso was killer. I got a chicken bowl street style and it was delicious.

I do not know if they have a dedicated fryer, but I don’t think they other fried items that contain gluten. I’m not sure, though.
