The aroma of baking fills your senses as you walk into the kitchen and are transported to a world of gluten free goodness. Though I'm Celiac, there's no denying delicious food. Savory and sweet selections abound. Orders are filled in a week with bakery or satellite location pick-ups. Many items freeze well, great for people on the go. I love that they have bagels! Ginger oatcakes remind me of cinnamon twistees from childhood. Spanakopita, Tiropeta, and Chicken pot pies are full of flavor. I make personal pizzas with their pre-prepped crusts on my stone. The cream puffs are cute; every bite is a burst of creamy freshness. Try their decadent Smith Island cake; it's almost too pretty to eat . . . almost! Their pumpkin roulade is a new staple in my family's holiday tradition. The multitude of cookies soothes my sweet tooth. As a big fan, I applaud their efforts to try new things; I'm thrilled for their upcoming Fall expansion. This place is a gem, nestled in beautiful Rappahannock County, and is worthy of many visits!

I will second the other review!! My daughter and I took a GF cooking class here and it was outstanding! We had a blast and learned some great techniques! Thank you!

Triple Oak is amazing. I've had many desserts, quiches, rolls, etc. and they were all wonderful. The butter horns are delicious as well as the baklava, spanikopita, parkhurst house rolls, mocha dream cake, lemon tartlets and, of course, the chocolate chip cookies. My husband is not gluten-free, but he eats everything I get at Triple Oak and he loves it!! Most of my family is also not Gluten-free, except for one nephew and another nephew's girlfriend. For a family event I bought several things from Triple Oak to serve everyone . . . they all turned their noses up at Gluten-free food, as most non-believers do, but some of them tried Triple Oak's stuff and loved it!!! Best Gluten-free foods I've had!!
