We felt comfortable ordering nachos and a salad. After talking to the chef (is that too kind?), the nacho cheese sauce from the can and chips were labeled gluten free. They said they changed gloves and were very careful about cross contamination for the salad ingredients, too, even bringing out fresh veggies to add. However, it is a location that likely has minimum wage workers, so it may depend on the day. Would recommend talking to the staff and seeing if you feel comfortable ordering if you are celiac. Our 4 yr old sensitive celiac daughter did great.
