Review of Tröegs Independent Brewing

They have a great online resource laying out how to order their food to avoid allergens! Unfortunately their sauces and dressings are all made with beer that is not gluten free, but they are extremely accommodating to remove them from your order. Dedicated fryer for the fries and even have seasoned popcorn as a snack! I don’t drink so I didn’t test any beers but I have heard that they do have gluten free beers. Also got an incredible gluten free peanut butter cookie!
