I went for breakfast. Except for the gluten free bread mentionned on the first page of the breakfast menu, no meal is really gluten free without restriction or substitution. The potatoes are cook in a fryer with possibility of gluten contamination, the eggs are cooked on a big plaque with gluten contamination (except for the poched eggs), and the hollandaise sauce may also contain gluten.
