I don’t think it’s celiac safe. They offer to use a clean scoop, but won’t use a new tub in the back. They say they can scrape the top layer of ice cream off and then serve you from what is underneath.
This is the Ice Cream Shop is the one to go to! I walked in with my 6 year old (she has celiac) and it was incredible. So many flavours available, all labelled right in the flavour tag. I mentioned celiac and she not only used a new scoop but took precautions to remove and avoid the top layer incase of contamination. *No gf cones but the scoops are huge so the cup is great. Such a good experience for my girl *

So many flavors to choose from wash the scoops and the staff is very nice and very helpful
Employee washed all scoopers before using them, used separate scoopers for each flavor, several flavors marked gluten free, knowledgeable staff and tons of options
Owners and staff were very knowledgeable about Celiac disease and take precautions to prevent cross contamination. A new, washed (soap and water) and sterilized ice cream scooper is used for each type of ice cream and never used in more than one ice cream bucket. Flavors are clearly labeled GF on each tag.
