Very knowledgeable and even gave suggestions for a great breakfast. Wheat and dairy allergies did not flare up.

Great GF options. The GF mango lime donut was wonderful and I haven’t had a donut in forever!

It’s one of the only healthy/organic food cafes nearby, I absolutely adore them. Many gluten free desserts, sandwiches can be made on a gluten free bun/bread for usually $1 more, gluten free pizza options, and juices, smoothies, and tea.
