Review of True Bistro

Their menu is "gluten light" not "gluten free." In fact, the menu actually states that most of the dishes contain "very low levels of gluten, as found in traditional soy sauce." Ugh. This place is just trying to appeal to those who are avoiding gluten as a means of losing weight. It is NOT trying to actually help people with celiac or wheat allergies. For most people who are gluten free, "low levels of gluten" is way too much.
