True Grounds has a proper gluten free focaccia and a gluten free toaster. My partner is allergic and they are able to eat here consistently

I go to True Grounds about 5 times per week as part of my morning routine. Their coffee is great and their gluten free menu is awesome! While they don’t have a dedicated GF kitchen, they take cross contamination seriously, using gloves, foil, etc to keep the space clean for GF orders (if you mention that you have an allergy). On top of that, the sandwiches are really good! My personal favorite is the Sunny.
Edit: the bread is not as good as it used to be. They are still accommodating, but the bread is quite dry. The coffee is great, though!
