Totally GF spot! The grilled cheese was really good. The other items (breakfast wrap, dumplings) were nothing to write home about, but it was nice knowing I wouldn’t get sick.

From the owner
The True NOSH Company Ltd. was created in 2015 by Renée Chan, a Registered Dietitian, after losing her father to diabetes. She made it her mission to change perceptions around how food can still taste good without added sugars or gluten.
Our products, both food and beverages, are plant-based and made with no added sugars, gluten, or preservatives. All ingredients are wholesome and sourced from local vendors—and items are made locally, at a commercial kitchen in Vancouver.
OUR MISSION
We are here to help prevent and control diseases, such as diabetes, in our community—without compromising the taste of food.
We provide uniquely gourmet products to the ready-to-eat food and beverage industry, from using whole fruits and vegetables to ensuring no added sugars, syrups, or artificial sweeteners are present. We have been teaching healthy cooking classes as well!

Tiny neighborhood market with gluten free food to go! I got the pesto pizza and it was amazing. Completely gluten free.

Amazing little place with groceries, baked goods, coffee and takeaway meals!! All dedicated gluten free and delicious. So far I’ve had the dumplings and the tofu eggplant dish, both were absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t be happier this just opened up in my neighbourhood.

The new true nosh store is amazing for all your gluten free needs! We ordered some dumpling for dinner and some sauces. Everyone enjoyed them so much and even my non-gluten free friends wanted second helpings!

True Nosh Marketplace is the place to go for grab & go meals! Since I've been celiac, it's near impossible to grab an actual meal on the go without the full restaurant experience... Not any more!
They have it all, and it's all 100% GF! They have GF dumplings, GF lasagna (my fave), GF sandwiches, and more... They have a couple window seats if you want to stay, or you can get your meal and a coffee to go in just a few minutes.
They are also a marketplace where they have all the GF goods! From GF Snacks to Sauces to Dumpling Flour. Their XOXO Sauce is to die for!!
The shop is Plant Based and No Added Sugar! So much of the GF world is so sweet...
