Love the organic non-gmo farm to table food that seems coming right from the earth. Chef Saifon is truly dedicated to serving fresh food to her customers. The organic hot pot with organic grass fed beef was fantastic; adding an egg to the broth made it really tasty and the spicy miso broth option was further icing on the cake. Speak to the server or Chef Saifon to ensure you are getting the gluten free pot, noodles and soy sauce. My daughter has celiac and we had a nice experience which we will return for.
