My go to place! I live down the road and constantly order from here when I don’t want to cook. I love their gluten free fried chicken sandwich and their rice noodle stir fry. They have a separate gluten free fryer so their fries are gluten free! What a plus as many places I can’t have fries. They’re very knowledgeable about allergies and take it very seriously.
Note: I have celiac and am incredibly sensitive to cross contamination.
Went there last night for the first time and it was great! They have a completely separate GF menu with a variety of choices. I tried the fried pickle fritters for an appetizer and had the salmon tacos for my dinner. The tacos were amazing! There is a separate fryer for GF stuff and my waitress was very knowledgeable about GF and made me feel comfortable and safe. We have lived in the area for many years but just haven’t tried this place- glad we did, because we will be back.
So we are staying nearby and ended up ordering delivery from doordash. They had a separate section for gluten free, a ton of options and listed right in the description that they have separate fryers etc. When I selected each item I got a pop up asking about allergens and there was a gluten allergen listed. We got a burger, fries, truffle tots and calamari and it was all so yummy. I’m super sensitive and had zero reaction.
Ask for the gf menu! They have a gf fryer with gf tots and fries. They also have gf Mac & Cheese - very careful about cross contact.
It’s a brewery but they have a full bar with gf drinks as well. Go next door to West Side Creamery for dessert! (Although they do have gf options here too.)
The menu said "gnocchi" and "fresh" but I was served cooked dried pasta. They made it right by taking away the charge for the pasta, but they took away the pasta, too, and didn't offer a substitute! So: safe, some interesting menu items, possibly they really do make interesting gluten free bread here, but I have no way of knowing. Definitely a dedicated fryer, but horrible experience. I left hungry.
