Truffle Pigs Bistro & Lodge

This was a great stop! The food & service were excellent. Our server was able to tell me which menu items were able to be made GF and was well informed. My husband & I both ordered the Big Rig burger (mine on GF bun, his on regular). They do not have a separate fryer for GF so I substituted a salad for fries. My burger came out flagged as GF with a toothpick. We both enjoyed the burgers. The GF bun was great! It didn’t crumble into pieces or get soggy like some tend to do! The Sticky Encounter dessert was also GF and very good!

Delicious lunch - surprised for such a small town. I had the Big Rig Burger on a GF bun (no onion rings or fries) Good service as well

This is the best place in the Canadian Rockies that we have found. We will be returning again and again while we are here. Staff was not at all thrown by the request for gluten free food. The server was able to tell me which items on the menu were or could be made gluten free, and they even made a different kind of pizza (they have cauliflower crust which is excellent) to accommodate my son. The GF rolls were fresh and delicious; they get them from a bakery in Calgary. Highly recommend this place!

Very knowledgeable staff. Deliciously moist Hamburger with homemade blueberry jam, thick bacon, etc. gF bun available. Accommodated my companion’s smaller appetite with half portion of delicious Caesar salad. Restaurant is surrounded by spectacular views of Rocky Mountains

We have 2 amazing flatbread pizzas... so delicious! They also have other GF options including burgers etc. the desserts were to die for.... GF BLACK FORREST CAKE that was super good and GF cheesecake. Yum! I’ll be back for certain!!! Great quality food!!
