Central market located in section 149 (another smaller market in 109) by the Delta board has a few gluten free items including a hot, bun and beer. It was $4.75 for the hotdog. Chick-fil-A might have a gluten-free option but they were closed today. Dippin dots has gluten-free ice cream flavors.
