GF menu has a few cold apps (salads and bursts) and 3 entrees. Not much to pick from. Ordered a GF burger (at bartender rec) and it came with bun and fries. Bigger problem was we waited 45 minutes for it. Too bad. Used to be great.

Good experience. They have a cross contamination protocol in the kitchen. I ordered the asparagus on the side and the manager came out to tell me it’s cooked in the pizza oven after a scrub down. I appreciated knowing this info so I could cancel the order and not worry about getting sick!

The GF menu features some interesting choices as well as "typical" GF options offered by many places.
The kitchen takes extra precautions against cross-contamination if the wait staff is made aware of the concerns & sensitivity.

I had a gluten reaction on the day I had dinner here, and am pretty sure this meal was the cause. I had fish from the gluten free menu, but asked if I could have it without the bacon sauce. They offered another sauce instead, and seemed to be aware of celiacs and gluten, so I said OK. I suspect either the alternate sauce, or cross contamination when my meal was carried out with the glutenous meals were to blame. Unfortunately, this means I can't go back, even though the taste was good.

I have enjoyed both GF dinner and Sunday brunch at Tryst and the food is awesome, the service excellent and I would dine here again and again if I still lived in Arlington! :)
I can only enjoy it when I am home visiting family.
Big kudos to the chef and the staff! You make this celiac very happy--and my non-gluten-free family members dine there weekly. They are loyal regulars!
