the Tsukiji fish market is easily accessible to gluten-free eaters in general and this spot (inside one of the market buildings in a hallway) was both delicious and had entire GF entrees by chance (if you don't add soy sauce). Instead of soy sauce the sushi masters recommended adding salt to sushi instead. Yum.
