Truly impressed! Ask for Amber as your waitress, she was also bartending a bit too. She is gluten free herself, took the time to explain to me what their process looked like—very bluntly and honestly too, she didn’t sugar coat or promise anything they couldn’t deliver on in terms of cross contamination—walked me thru all the rolls that were GF, and let me know that any roll could be modified by taking or adding things. They have tamari for dipping, but the regular sauces do contain normal soy sauce. Didn’t get sick and got my sushi fix.

I have celiac disease and came here late after coming from the gym. The server was very knowledgeable and mentioned they hadn’t known about wheat being present in Japanese mayo in the past which resulted in some unhappy customers who had reactions. Well they know now and the food was great! Gluten free soy sauce is available and I’ve been a pescatarian for over 7 years so you can trust my seafood review!
The server had no care for my wife’s gluten allergy and the checks were completely wrong. Blame it on us for having issues even though from the beginning we let him know of his allergy. Never again!!!

Gluten free soy sauce available, but our server wasn't helpful or knowledgable on what was gluten-free and what wasn't -- she seemed slightly put off by it. She brought out a roll of sushi on a bed of regular soy sauce for me after I went through a process of checking to make sure what I ordered was gluten-free. The food is great, but hard to say if it's 100% free of any gluten.
Excellent sushi restaurant! They have gluten free soy sauce and competent staff!
