Not safe for celiacs, I got sick from cross contamination !!
For the first time in a long time I was able to enjoy a grilled sub. They use Udi`s baguettes. They are careful to chang gloves and clean the grill befoe making my sub. They also make fantastic salads
Staff is very knowledgeable and create gluten free subs in a different area. Separate foods are at a different station so there is no cross contamination. Sub buns are Udi’s. Doesn’t hold up well with warm subs, by still one of my favorite places. You can’t have the fries though. Get the bagged chips.
The cashier asked if the gluten free bread was an allergy or preference and the took the precautions to clean the grill as a result. The sandwich was delicious and staff very friendly. Mentioned it is very important to them to cater to allergies since the owners granddaughter has a gluten allergy.
