Eat here 2-5 times a week and never had an issue with cross contamination like some claim on here. I live on island and eat sleep and breath tuck away cafe and have not once had an issue. Eaten here at least 100 times

— Excellent

They didn't have any GF bagels when I went and the server told me that there were no other GF options on the menu. Although, she changed her mind and said I could get the plate breakfast which was not very good. Also for the love of god don't get their "smoothie" it's just blended ice with like 2 blueberries in it. I'd recommend going to "Little Palm" (aka Fresh Connection) down the street they are incredible.

They offer gluten free bagel option for all of their sandwiches, it’s an additional charge of $1.25. Their gf-bagels are steamed which makes them soft, tender and flavorful. They were respectful of my Allergy and took care to not contaminate though they did warn me (like most do) of the risk. I didn’t get sick, and went back for 2 additional bagels to go! Definitely worth a try!

Best gluten free bagel I have ever had!!!! Deff a must go to for anyone who has a celiac allergy. They steam the bagels instead of a toaster, so there is no cross contamination. Great staff as well! Also lattes are great there!!

The staff have no idea what gluten is unfortunately. I had a salad. Not many options here.

My daughter & I (both celiac)ate here 3x’s this week... had a scrambled egg & bacon gf bagel..Soo good, I’m gonna miss this place once we go back to Michigan:( Coffee is great too🙌🏼

Really kind staff. Offer age Udi's bagel. Breakfast bagels are good and delicious!! Lots of creative options. I haven't gotten sick and have been there twice this week. My hubby, who is not celiac, also loves their bagels. Their Americano is the best on the island! They let it bloom before adding the water... Finally someone who knows how to make an Americano!

If they are busy they cannot be bothered to defrost a GF bagel - if that is true the rest of the breakfast options are drinks - coffee and smoothies- disappointment after having a nice lunch here. Restaurant staff should understand that GF is not an "option" for many - difference between eating or not for many.

Great experience! They cleaned the pan before steaming my gluten free bagel sandwich in it and I did not get sick. She was knowledgeable about procedures to do for celiac customers, we will be going back!

RECENTLY MOVED A FEW BLOCKS-This place is AMAZING. It tasted like normal food if you know what I mean. Plus my boyfriend loved the non-gf sandwiches too. It's a small cafe open til like 2 pm with bagel sandwiches. Update: my fiancé (boyfriend I mentioned before) literally talks about this place for a month before we even get to the beach he loves it so much

The GF bagels are Udi's frozen bagels. They offer to toast them but they use the same toaster as regular gluten bagels.

Finding a breakfast sandwich that's GF and actually good is one of the hardest parts of being the only Celiac diner in my family. This is a great spot with a great staff. Lots of options for sandwiches --which an upcharge for a GF bagel ... and smoothies. Great breakfast fund if you don't want to sit down but grab something and stroll he beach.

They had "gluten free" bagels only. No separate prep area or toaster. Bagels tasted and looked exactly like Udis frozen GF bagels. I expected more from the reviews.

perfect glutenfree bagel with lots of options. they warm the bagels in alufoil so no fearfir cross contamination.

Don't expect the standard hard as a hockey puck gf bagel here! I was so pleased with my bagel sandwich it was excellent! plus they have awesome smoothies too.

Gluten free bagels, sandwiches and great coffee and drinks! Also a lot of dairy free options (soy milk, peanut butter, homemade jam, etc) for those who are gluten/dairy free. So delicious

They have GF bagels and can make any of their sandwiches GF. Delicious!
