I only ordered fries when I visited because I don't believe they have gluten free buns (only a lettuce wrapped option). They have a dedicated fryer for fries, separate from the one they fry chicken in. They noted the gluten allergy on the bag in large letters. Since their menu is so limited it didn't seem to be an issue at all to accommodate. I'm happy to add another place with a dedicated fryer to my list!
