I tried this place given the previous reviews. I asked about their GF practice and was told they use GF sauce. When I asked about using different pans they said they clean the pan. I took a chance given I was ordering for a friend as well. I started regretting taking the chance last night. The sauce was barely noticeable, the noodles looked bare as the sauce must have been soaked up by the tofu? Idk, but I like a little sauce on my pad kee mao. This place may be fine for non-celiacs or those less sensitive, but I had a reaction and will not be returning, unfortunately.

One of the best restaurants I have had in Seattle. Multiple gluten free items and can even make items gluten free that are not listed as gluten free! I had pad Thai and garlic fried rice (this is not listed as gluten free, but they were happy to make it gluten free). Wonderful food and service! You can even pick your spice level. I had no issues with cross-contamination
