The service team is always friendly and welcoming as soon as we walk in the door. The food is prepared to perfection however you want it. The atmosphere is wonderful sitting on the deck overlooking the Wreck of the Ten Sails. We are a gluten and soy free food family. We have no problem eating at Tukka East End. Highly recommend!

We dined last night with my daughter who has celiac. They did not have a gf menu but our server seemed very informed. She could have the corn tacos ( she chose blackened mahi-mahi ) or any of the curry dishes. For an appetizer she had the lollipops and ceviche w gf chips. Four stars as there was no gf menu and limited options but she didn’t have any reaction and appreciates that they had appetizer option as well.

Wonderful meal. The chef came out and spoke with us about our dietary needs. My husband had the Lion fish.

What I eventually ordered was delicious (grilled portobello mushroom) and I did not get sick. However, I was told that the beer battered onion rings were gluten free, so I had to explain that beer batter was not gluten free. Also, the chips on the GF menu are fried in a shared fryer with gluten containing items. If you choose to eat here, definitely exercise due diligence.

Gluten free menu, See photo. We enjoyed our meal and the view. Be sure to request to sit on the patio for the best views. We had lunch on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all.

Chef Ron not only has a dedicated Gluten Free menu but was also able to create a modification on one of his dishes (Prawn Curry) for me. Gluten Free menu is extensive, but seasoning is limited to salt/ pepper. The GF portobello mushroom appetizer was really good!
