So first, let me state I test food in restaurants with the Nima Sensor. Right off the bat, they have no dedicated fryers. However, even some dishes purportedly made in the oven (e.g. bhindi masala) rest positive for gluten. I was able to eat basmati rice, chicken tikka masala and aloo ghobi. If you have celiac disease this is *not* a place to eat without a way to test your food before eating.
