This is take-out Spanish-Mexican food, which you reheat at home. The food is amazing!! Wholesome homemade type foods. Almost all is gluten free and the store can tell you exactly what is gluten free. Foods range from soups to enchiladas to chili rellenos and various others. The dish I bought was nicely packaged in a package that could be put directly into the oven (and also the microwave). The food was delicious, fresh, satisfying and not heavy. I will be back. I recommend!
