No gluten free menu no items marked, instead they have a QR code you scan and it brings up allergens menu. Slightly awkward to navigate. I chose 1/2 jerk chicken which was marked on allergens as gf, served with chips & slaw, but when I asked the server about the fries she said they did not have a dedicated fryer so couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination! Very disappointing, so I replaced the fries with corn on the cob. So anyone thinking of turtle bay just beware as I would have been served contaminated fries had I not double checked. Over all food was tasty & i had no reaction afterwards.
They have an allergen chart so you can see what’s gluten free, would rather have a separate gluten free menu but looking at the chart wasn’t hard. The manager takes your order and they tell you it will be cooked by someone separately from the other food. I had a main, dessert and cocktails. Didn’t get sick!
