I ordered the lamb. I was assured it would be gluten free. My Nima showed gluten found. The manager/owner told me that my Nima showed a false positive. He was rude and had no interest in looking at the Nima online to educate his staff. He said he would take the gluten free options off of the menu since they can’t guarantee the food to be gluten free. I tried to tell him that people with celiac or gluten sensitivity will be very sick if they consume gluten. He really didn’t show any interest and said he was too busy.
