We went to a wonderful gluten free cooking class here, and i would highly reccomend going. We made beautiful gluten free pasta, with typical tuscan recipes like gnudi and ravioli with pear and ricotta. The chef Varinia and her husband Edoardo were so nice that we had to come back and drink some gluten free beer.
The place is a Wine bar that also host cooking classes and has a lot of delicious Wine and 98 types of craft beer where some of them are gluten free. They also serve antipasti. This is one of the best experiences we have had in italy so far!
