Just went to eat dinner with my mom (after visiting with no problem before). After trying to order gluten free pasta(since I have celiac), the waitress told me that the owner said they cook gluten free pasta in the regular pasta water. My mom saw the owner walking in the restaurant, so she flagged him down so she could talk to him about the situation. My mom and I tried to calmly educate him about the situation and how this is unsafe but he went on to attack us. Never have I ever been treated to horribly in a restaurant ever. He was rude and did not understand the severity of my condition. I, of course, and my non celiac parents will not be returning.
